The unique oval shapes resemble stacking stones balancing on top of one another. Although diverse, they work to balance and enhance each others' beauty, much like us.  This origami piece incorporates 2 types of handmade paper--a white washi paper with visible fibers and an organic one made by the artist from paper scraps and foraged plants from Oregon. 

This is an original art piece and no copies have been made from it.
